    Bought a new acer personal pc from them two months ago and it just blew up. I have faith they will handle this properly. I have faith the owner will rectify this by noon tomorrow. I grew up with Charlie and he helped me, free of charge, produce a scouting video that helped my son get a tryout camp with the Calgary Flames. That is what small town businesses do for eachother. I look forward to a quick resolution. I hate cell phones !

    Always knowledgeable. I've called several times for various Satellite and TV questions and they always have a solution. And that's why I keep going back.

    Nice to have a store where employees are actually helpfully and knowledgeable. If they don't have they will get it. Shop local!

    Pretty sad that I was in the store for over 15 minutes and standing at the cell phones. They had two workers and none of them even acknowledge me. I wonder if it’s store policy to ignore customers specially being paid $14 an hour. I’ll never go back

    Never enough staff, I've had to walk out twice before because there was no one able to help us for over 20mins.
